Hemlock Bluff Adventure  Click link to watch.. This is a great park to visit. it is located in Cary, NC. We really loved the recycled garden and the lovely trees. What do you think those are? We asked a question in the video about some things we had never seen before. One tree looked like it had a big nut in the middle.  It's important for mental health to spend some time in the woods. Nature is so healing. Being in a big city just isn't the same as being in the woods. I will say that i have been considered a city girl because I would much rather live in the big city than in the country, but I do also really love the woods. How about you? I went out to feed the birds this morning and I noticed a whole bunch of hair in the feeding hole of this bird feeder. I don't think I've seen this before.
