Hemlock Bluff Adventure  Click link to watch.. This is a great park to visit. it is located in Cary, NC. We really loved the recycled garden and the lovely trees. What do you think those are? We asked a question in the video about some things we had never seen before. One tree looked like it had a big nut in the middle.  It's important for mental health to spend some time in the woods. Nature is so healing. Being in a big city just isn't the same as being in the woods. I will say that i have been considered a city girl because I would much rather live in the big city than in the country, but I do also really love the woods. How about you? Walking in Darkness  Click this link to listen.  Sometimes even Christians walk in darkness don't you agree? It can be easy to get lost because we don't understand a scripture or don't know what to do in a certain situation. 

 Sometimes over a period of time, we accumulate items that were needed at the time, but after a while, are no longer needed. Have you encountered this?
