Pastors have a hard job. They give so much of themselves and they don't get much in return. To me, it's like actors on TV. We watch them, but they don't even know if we watch them or not. They might be given numbers and they get social media feedback, but pastors don't get anything.  Pastors need a lot of support. Not only is it a good idea to pray for your pastor and other pastors, but a positive word now and then is helpful too. Let them know they are making a difference.
