Give thanks to God along with your requests. Try to spend some time being quiet so you can hear God's voice, or maybe you both just spend some time in silence together. I know sometimes Phil and I just sit together and just embrace one another or sometimes we just sit at MCD together and don't always say anything. Spend some quiet time just listening to worship music and maybe singing or dancing with it. Just spend time in worship. I know for myself, I worship, and I read the scriptures-I do take my time and really engage, but it's still scheduled like a workday. I'm looking forward to a time where I can spend an hour or two and just have fun with God. We must be strong in the Lord. Let's continue to honor him by showing his character everywhere. No matter what we're doing, no matter who we talk to, no matter if we're driving or walking, or riding bike, let's show the love of Jesus! We don't want people to only see the condemning side of Christianity,c we want them to see love. Study the scriptures! Jesus simply asked questions to gain a connection to people. To the fisherman he asks,  "Have you caught any fish?" To the woman at the well he asks, "Please woman, give me a drink." To the men walking he asks, "Where are you going?" All of these people had one thing in common, they were sinners in need of salvation. It's almost Halloween and so many people have cute Halloween decorations out, but this house in particular really goes all out . Halloween Decorations It is a great day to go for a walk. I removed every post I have ever made on Threads because that app is the same as X (formally known as Twitter,) I can't reach anyone on that app.  I am wanting to figure out a way to promote events that are going on. This post is thought provoking. I am not sure exactly what the intended outcome is behind in posting this image. It could be that it's trying to get people to have get-together's again. I know a lot of times when I watch Andy Griffith, I wish I had people that would stop by once in a while for a cup of coffee.  We've lived in Indiana for nearly 10 years now. In that 10 years, we've met a lot of people, but haven't established relationships with anyone other than I see you at the same building every week. We don't do anything outside the building. Now at my job, there are a few people that always remember my name and one even follows up with things I tell him.
