Donating Blood To Save Lives

After taking a year off because of the foster kids, Tamara decided the time had come to donate again. 

It's a good feeling knowing that each donation saves 3 lives. The whole process took about an hour, but the actual donation took about 8 minutes. (2 minutes longer than last time.)
