What a great way to take a break from a rainy day. It's chilly and rainy, which in a way I enjoy. 

I like it when the weather is doing something. This drink reminds me of Christmas, which is why I chose it. 



Earlier I made an audio post on Twitter spaces. This is my first audio post. They might be trying to compete with Anchor.FM and some of the other podcasting sites, smart. 

This afternoon will be quite busy. I've been working on the DROPS Music Festival, 

and so I will continue working on that, as well as downloading and posting the church service to the church's YT channel, I'm also going to continue writing my Gun Violence presentation, which, I think is ready, but I want to edit a slide so it's easier to read.

A soldier is better being protected vs. being unprotected. One thing I really enjoy is going to the gym. I love to exercise. Now, in order to get the benefits of the gym, I need to go there in person. I can read tons of books and magazines teaching about how to build muscle and tone up, and that's good for head knowledge, but for physical benefit, I have to go to the gym.  The same I believe can be applied to the Bible. This is how I feel sometimes. I talk, I write, I sing, is anyone listening? I show my exercise, do I inspire anyone? Sure, absolutely, I know I'm doing it for God and that keeps me going, but it is nice to hear back from people. Comments are very important to people who do things like me. Not emojis!  Emojis hardly convey anything. Sure, I love emojis as much as the next person, but words have SO much more meaning.  People go on and on, if you're feeling lonely or need help, reach out. What good is this if no one answers? Know what that feels like? Rejection. Yes, Christians aren't supposed to feel rejected, oh wait, I'm sorry, that's only me, I'm not allowed. I'm not allowed to express anger or hurt feelings, because the person didn't intend to do that, so, I shouldn't feel that way. I will let you in on a secret, I do feel that way sometimes, and it's ok. God accepts me just the way I am, no matter if I have BPD or not. But as this ...

do not have to report for jury duty/dragon boat races today

Tamara received a notification in the mail that she was going to have to report for jury duty. But turns out that that is not necessary anymore because the parties have decided not to have a trial. So that is good news in a way.  Today is the dragon boat race. This is something that Phil and I really enjoy. We were going to go to the opening ceremony last night, but due to the rain, it was canceled.
