This last part of this verse reminds me of my new song that is coming out Thanksgiving 2023. The part of the lyrics that say, 

When you're walking through the dark, a path so dark it's hard to see where you're going, always falling, always stumbling. 


Life seems so hopeless, like an arrow without a way, never know, when the arrow, will strike a target.

 But there is one who knows, there is one who cares, there is one who will light, your path, he's the one who died for you, so that you can live forever, and live with joy in your heart. 

Are you looking I'm right here. Are you watching, I'm in fear, in fear, I can't be seen. All my troubles surround me, my sins piled up so high, oh Lord, please rescue, rescue me. My helper my Savior, hear my cries, my whispers, my whispers in the dark. 

But there is one who knows, there is one who cares, there is one who will light, your path, he's the one who died for you, so that you can live forever, and live with joy in your heart. 
Sometimes life can seem hopeless, especially when someone feels alone or unwanted, but you're not really alone, because Jesus is always with you. If you don't have a human to converse with, pray that God sends you one. If you can, find a counselor. A lot of organizations are coming out with free service of people who will pray for you and you can text. In Fort Wayne, Indiana, the organization is called Remedy Live. 
There is an app you can download called Answered Prayers. They have so many options. Don't suffer alone.

A soldier is better being protected vs. being unprotected. One thing I really enjoy is going to the gym. I love to exercise. Now, in order to get the benefits of the gym, I need to go there in person. I can read tons of books and magazines teaching about how to build muscle and tone up, and that's good for head knowledge, but for physical benefit, I have to go to the gym.  The same I believe can be applied to the Bible. This is how I feel sometimes. I talk, I write, I sing, is anyone listening? I show my exercise, do I inspire anyone? Sure, absolutely, I know I'm doing it for God and that keeps me going, but it is nice to hear back from people. Comments are very important to people who do things like me. Not emojis!  Emojis hardly convey anything. Sure, I love emojis as much as the next person, but words have SO much more meaning.  People go on and on, if you're feeling lonely or need help, reach out. What good is this if no one answers? Know what that feels like? Rejection. Yes, Christians aren't supposed to feel rejected, oh wait, I'm sorry, that's only me, I'm not allowed. I'm not allowed to express anger or hurt feelings, because the person didn't intend to do that, so, I shouldn't feel that way. I will let you in on a secret, I do feel that way sometimes, and it's ok. God accepts me just the way I am, no matter if I have BPD or not. But as this ...

do not have to report for jury duty/dragon boat races today

Tamara received a notification in the mail that she was going to have to report for jury duty. But turns out that that is not necessary anymore because the parties have decided not to have a trial. So that is good news in a way.  Today is the dragon boat race. This is something that Phil and I really enjoy. We were going to go to the opening ceremony last night, but due to the rain, it was canceled.
