that's impossible God, or is it?

Thank you Lord. I've been cooking my breakfast and thanking the Lord for everything. Thank you Lord for my coffee, thank you Lord for my coffee maker, thank you Lord for my egg, thank you Lord for my stove, thank you Lord for my bagel, thank you Lord for my toaster. When we learn to live with gratitude, we can make a huge difference on our mental attitude, which can be passed along to others.

[4] When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Now go out where it is deeper, and let down your nets to catch some fish.” [5] “Master,” Simon replied, “we worked hard all last night and didn’t catch a thing. But if you say so, I’ll let the nets down again.”
[7] A shout for help brought their partners in the other boat, and soon both boats were filled with fish and on the verge of sinking.

These fishermen had to take a leap of faith. Sometimes things that God is trying to tell us might seem impossible, but with God and his will, all things are possible.

A soldier is better being protected vs. being unprotected. One thing I really enjoy is going to the gym. I love to exercise. Now, in order to get the benefits of the gym, I need to go there in person. I can read tons of books and magazines teaching about how to build muscle and tone up, and that's good for head knowledge, but for physical benefit, I have to go to the gym.  The same I believe can be applied to the Bible. This is how I feel sometimes. I talk, I write, I sing, is anyone listening? I show my exercise, do I inspire anyone? Sure, absolutely, I know I'm doing it for God and that keeps me going, but it is nice to hear back from people. Comments are very important to people who do things like me. Not emojis!  Emojis hardly convey anything. Sure, I love emojis as much as the next person, but words have SO much more meaning.  People go on and on, if you're feeling lonely or need help, reach out. What good is this if no one answers? Know what that feels like? Rejection. Yes, Christians aren't supposed to feel rejected, oh wait, I'm sorry, that's only me, I'm not allowed. I'm not allowed to express anger or hurt feelings, because the person didn't intend to do that, so, I shouldn't feel that way. I will let you in on a secret, I do feel that way sometimes, and it's ok. God accepts me just the way I am, no matter if I have BPD or not. But as this ...

do not have to report for jury duty/dragon boat races today

Tamara received a notification in the mail that she was going to have to report for jury duty. But turns out that that is not necessary anymore because the parties have decided not to have a trial. So that is good news in a way.  Today is the dragon boat race. This is something that Phil and I really enjoy. We were going to go to the opening ceremony last night, but due to the rain, it was canceled.
