improved vertigo due to chiropractic appointment

I went to the chiropractor this morning. My vertigo should be gone now. I like monster energy drinks, but I do know that it is best to be careful with them, but I was also drinking kombucha. I was unknowingly having too much caffeine, so, I think that combined with the fact that it was time for an adjustment, that is what was causing the vertigo. I normally drink a good amount of water each day, but was slacking as of late. I will be reducing servings of each beverage and I should be fine from now on. 
I'm at prayer at church. We haven't started yet. I'm waiting for their exercise class to be over. 

I've been playing on the keyboard again. I do believe that I have found a song that will work for my upcoming video. I think it's very beautiful. I did a recording, but I would like to record it again when I have more time. After work today, I will do it again while I transfer a tape for Kevin. 
Stay focused on Jesus. Nothing else on earth can give the peace that comes with knowing Jesus. Notice the verse says our champion. Jesus Christ is our champion, because he was the only one who was qualified to die on the cross and take our sins to Hell, where they belong. Then rise up and leave to prepare the new Jerusalem for us.

A soldier is better being protected vs. being unprotected. One thing I really enjoy is going to the gym. I love to exercise. Now, in order to get the benefits of the gym, I need to go there in person. I can read tons of books and magazines teaching about how to build muscle and tone up, and that's good for head knowledge, but for physical benefit, I have to go to the gym.  The same I believe can be applied to the Bible. persevere in the purpose God has given you

This is how I feel sometimes. I talk, I write, I sing, is anyone listening? I show my exercise, do I inspire anyone? Sure, absolutely, I know I'm doing it for God and that keeps me going, but it is nice to hear back from people. Comments are very important to people who do things like me. Not emojis!  Emojis hardly convey anything. Sure, I love emojis as much as the next person, but words have SO much more meaning.  People go on and on, if you're feeling lonely or need help, reach out. What good is this if no one answers? Know what that feels like? Rejection. Yes, Christians aren't supposed to feel rejected, oh wait, I'm sorry, that's only me, I'm not allowed. I'm not allowed to express anger or hurt feelings, because the person didn't intend to do that, so, I shouldn't feel that way. do not have to report for jury duty/dragon boat races today

Tamara received a notification in the mail that she was going to have to report for jury duty. But turns out that that is not necessary anymore because the parties have decided not to have a trial. So that is good news in a way.  Today is the dragon boat race. This is something that Phil and I really enjoy. We were going to go to the opening ceremony last night, but due to the rain, it was canceled.
