I love these containers. It makes it so easy to pack a lunch for work. Today is busy. I have an eye appointment this morning and then I'll see if I have time to exercise before work.

We had a really great time at the Cherry Blossom Festival in Fort Wayne.

I did also take a ton of videos that I'll be posting to my YouTube channel Heart of Tamara. I just loved everything, but best of all, the karate and kendo demonstrations. I just can't wait to use those videos in a future production. #kendo #karate 
I have already posted a couple of videos that I took when we first arrived. We saw a Japanese rock star that was performing. That was so 😍😍😍😢 Plays make me cry because I just love them so much and that's what this rock star did. See pictures on Instagram here





Nestled deep in the Acacia Woods is a cave taken over by a Christian group called Positive Light. They are a pro-Christian group that is dedicated to spreading the gospel. Zayna stumbled upon this cave and ran off with a journal that Positive Light stole from a rebel group called the Opal Syndicate. The Opal Syndicate stole it because they didn't want anything to do with the Bible spreading around and sending a message of peace, love and compassion to their people. A Passion for Jesus Audiobook Series is a collection of short essays that come from the heart of Tamara, hence the name change to "Heart of Tamara." "Heart of Tamara" is a title that goes back to 2007-2008ish years of playing Second Life. In trying different things to try to find a direction, one group that was made on the platform was called "Heart of Tamara." It was to reach many people who suffered rejection and give them a chance to know they matter at least to one person, well, maybe 2, because God loves them as well. We hope this series will touch your heart and let you see the love of God through them.

DROPS was an American weekly show talking about different topics of the Bible. 2023 is the beginning of the first season. The first episode aired Jan 6th, 2023. The last episode aired on Jan. 19th, 2024.

A soldier is better being protected vs. being unprotected. One thing I really enjoy is going to the gym. I love to exercise. Now, in order to get the benefits of the gym, I need to go there in person. I can read tons of books and magazines teaching about how to build muscle and tone up, and that's good for head knowledge, but for physical benefit, I have to go to the gym.  The same I believe can be applied to the Bible. This is how I feel sometimes. I talk, I write, I sing, is anyone listening? I show my exercise, do I inspire anyone? Sure, absolutely, I know I'm doing it for God and that keeps me going, but it is nice to hear back from people. Comments are very important to people who do things like me. Not emojis!  Emojis hardly convey anything. Sure, I love emojis as much as the next person, but words have SO much more meaning.  People go on and on, if you're feeling lonely or need help, reach out. What good is this if no one answers? Know what that feels like? Rejection. Yes, Christians aren't supposed to feel rejected, oh wait, I'm sorry, that's only me, I'm not allowed. I'm not allowed to express anger or hurt feelings, because the person didn't intend to do that, so, I shouldn't feel that way. I will let you in on a secret, I do feel that way sometimes, and it's ok. God accepts me just the way I am, no matter if I have BPD or not. But as this ...

do not have to report for jury duty/dragon boat races today

Tamara received a notification in the mail that she was going to have to report for jury duty. But turns out that that is not necessary anymore because the parties have decided not to have a trial. So that is good news in a way.  Today is the dragon boat race. This is something that Phil and I really enjoy. We were going to go to the opening ceremony last night, but due to the rain, it was canceled.
