waiting on his timing

Lamentations 3:25-26 NLT‬ [25] The Lord is good to those who depend on him, to those who search for him. [26] So it is good to wait quietly for salvation from the Lord. Friends, waiting on God is a good thing. It is challenging-but it is an opportunity for us to put our full faith in God. He's turning things around for our good. Don't lose heart. God has a plan. We don't know it yet always, but he does and he will reveal it in his time. We don't always get what we pray for because God is teaching us to wait on him, on his strength, on his timing. It may seem like things aren't moving or changing, but keep in mind that our human perspective is not the same as God's. He has a different mindset than us. Wait and be blessed. https://tamarachaos.blogspot.com/2024/06/waiting-on-god.html https://youtube.com/shorts/g7A3Wmtk8B4?si=5wSo-uJoyrh7J7IQ Listen here on YouTube

the eternal rock we can lean on

Isaiah 26:4 NLT‬ [4] Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal Rock. Friends, isn't it so comforting to know that God is the rock we can cling to when we're struggling and relax on when we have things settled? God is the cornerstone that never moves no matter how much the world changes. God will always be the same. God loves us no matter what. just like a cornerstone holds the building together, God can hold us together.  Dear Father in heaven, thank you so much for being the cornerstone in our lives. We owe you so much. Sometimes life can get so rough, but we know we can depend on you and you will bring us through it. Thank you for always being the rock we can lean on. Amen. Watch on YouTube

the threshing floor of grace

‭Ruth 2:8-9, 13-14, 17-19, 21 NLT‬ [8] Boaz went over and said to Ruth, “Listen, my daughter. Stay right here with us when you gather grain; don’t go to any other fields. Stay right behind the young women working in my field.  [9] See which part of the field they are harvesting, and then follow them. I have warned the young men not to treat you roughly. And when you are thirsty, help yourself to the water they have drawn from the well.” My Thoughts on Ruth 2 [13] “I hope I continue to please you, sir,” she replied. “You have comforted me by speaking so kindly to me, even though I am not one of your workers.”  [14] At mealtime Boaz called to her, “Come over here, and help yourself to some food. You can dip your bread in the sour wine.” So she sat with his harvesters, and Boaz gave her some roasted grain to eat. She ate all she wanted and still had some left over. [17] So Ruth gathered barley there all day, and when she beat out the grain that evening, it filled an entire basket.  [18] S

do not worry-sleep in peace

Friends, don't be anxious over things you have no control over. Trust in God. Trusting in God will fill the gap between reality and what you desire. Scripture tells us to give our request to God. He wants to hear from you. He wants to hear from us. We can lie down in peace knowing that God the Creator has everything under control. Do not worry Amen! https://tamarachaos.blogspot.com/2024/06/do-not-worry-sleep-in-peace.html https://youtube.com/shorts/Slv_UqgmDTY?si=bk7RbuNpyjY-m0wq Psalms 4:8 ‭Psalms 4:8 NLT‬ [8] In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O Lord, will keep me safe.

don't let the world influence you

Verse of the Day 3 John 1:11 NLT Dear friend, don't let this bad example influence you. Follow only what is good. Remember that those who do good prove that they are God's children, and those who do evil prove that they do not know God. What have we planted? 3 John 1:11  Plant yourself in the Word so that you can stand strong against the temptation of the world.  Friends, it's so important to stay connected to the gospel and God. When we root ourselves in the Word we become stronger and stronger and we can face anything. When we plant ourselves in the Word, then we can be nurtured and grow strong like a tree. when we plant apple seeds, we expect an apple tree to come up. What are you planting? Ephesians 1:7 NLT He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins.

we attended the arab festival today

Image
We're at the Arab Festival..so far we have eaten Arab food, saw Arab dancing and the band is playing. I hope to get Arab coffee. I need to find it. Arab Arab Festival in Fort Wayne #Arab #music #fortwayne At the Arab festival I got a coffee latte. It's arabica coffee with lion's mane mushroom coffee. The owner said that lion's main takes a long time to grow and it's really good for the brain. To me, it has a semi-sweet taste almost like very light chocolate. It is sweetened with sugar cane. It is a machine that he invented that extracts the sugar from the cane. Be tuned to my YouTube channel Heart of Tamera to see the machine in action. #coffee #arabica #arab

trump has been convicted on all counts

Donald J. Trump, the former president and presumptive 2024 Republican nominee, was convicted on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in a case stemming from a payment that silenced a porn star. -NY Times Now comes the sentencing and the potential for a prison sentence. A lengthy appellate process. And all the while, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee still has to deal with three more criminal cases and a campaign that could see him return to the White House. -AP News He will possibly be sentenced July 11th.  He is now the first president to ever be convicted of a crime. Well he's not the first to ever commit a crime, so there is that. This does not change my feelings about Trump. We have had so many twisted leaders in the past. Makes you wonder if anybody has any character anymore who works for the White House. Trump was the better of all of them. Everybody has a past that they are not proud of. It matters what you're doing in the present, not what you w
