It's been a long time since we have been to the mall. It's August, and I think it was January the last time we were there.  We got Japanese food and talked about different things. So nice. It was also nice to see there are new stores in the mall. 

This coffee drink is so delicious.   There is no other coffee bar like Light House Coffee Bar. When you're busy running errands, keep in mind that the light is always burning at Light House Coffee Bar, ready to take your order. Or if you're not in a hurry, you can have a seat and relax while you sip your coffee. If coffee is not your thing, they have lots of other options as well. I've heard of people accepting certain circumstances because of their age. We don't have to accept certain things at certain ages because a doctor or media says you have to. We can't expect that at a certain age we're going to have the same medical problems as others at that age. We can start immediately demanding a different outcome.  Eat healthy foods, get plenty of exercise and fresh air and take time to relax and you can beat the circumstances that experts claim you might have at a certain age. You don't have to get vaccines just because they say so. You don't have to get tests just because they say so.  You don't have to settle for a sedentary lifestyle just because you've retired. Stay active, build muscle and bone mass. You can defeat the pre-determined age related diseases and conditions. Facebook recently took the financial world by storm, announcing a significant move beyond the social media status and rebranding as Meta. Apparently, the brand change will only affect the parent company, not Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram, but the transition towards the metaverse will occur across the board. MeWe announced that they would be changing their platform to be a social network that uses multiple computers versus a single server to run their app. It's called blockchain. It's using biometrics and so a password will no longer be required to log in. Not from what I've read on biometrics, it  tracks behaviors to figure out who you are. There are several articles that I will post that explain this much better than I ever could. It's really to start connecting more with bitcurrency.  It is more than likely that they will be using biometrics to log us in.   I have been working on the movie today. The movie is called Reconciliation. I think it is very cool so far. I will be going to a meeting pretty soon. On Thursday, we will be filming another scene and then it should be complete. I estimate a release date of August 25th.
